Return and Refund Policy for Digital Products

Thank you for purchasing our digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, we have a strict no-refund policy once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

No Refunds After Download

All sales of digital products (e.g., e-books, software, templates, courses, etc.) are final. Since digital products can be duplicated or retained after download, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is complete and the files have been delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase (accidental multiple charges for the same product).

  • Technical issues that prevent access, provided we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time.

  • Unauthorized purchase (if fraud or unauthorized use of payment method is proven).

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us at Support@MyBluHorizon.com within 5 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

    • Your order number

    • A detailed explanation of the issue

    • Proof of purchase

  2. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.
